Kate Middleton may be the Harper's Bazaar Best Dressed of 2011, but that could easily be Pippa Middleton in a year or two.
The little sister is known for being just that, but she's been making an individual name for herself in the world of fashion too.
Here we see her going to work, looking chic as ever in this beautiful, casual dress wrapped to waist-perfection with a belt and framed with a just-below-the-butt sweater.
Pulling the look together with black tights, tan boots and matching bag, Pippa is hot for money-makin' time! Maybe she has a crush in there??
Or maybe she's just super stylish.

"I mean, look, I'm controversial. If people want to work with me, then they want to work with me. If they don't, they don't."

While many people are still out of work, it seems Macy’s is doing pretty well.
In fact, they’re expected to add about 725 new positions over the next two years!
Macy’s has seen a jump in its online profits, with sales growing over the past years. In fact, in just the first 10 months of its 2010 fiscal year, online sales were up by almost 30%.
So in an effort to expand its websites, new positions will be added.
Positions will be offered in their New York and San Francisco locations to help expand both Macys.com and Bloomingdales.com.
Nice!

"Sometimes it hurts my feelings, but basically I'm really happy with the attention that we get. It's more work-related than what I'm going through in my personal life. If people weren't interested in the work then they wouldn't really care about my personal life. So I think about it logically. The attention toward me is basically because of what we've built as a company. If we built a pile of crap then nobody would care what I ate for lunch."
-Marc Jacobs in Interview magazine talking about the attention he receives.
