You might have forgotten about it because of the mistake of sending Casey Abrams home, or you just might have missed it, but Haley Reinhart decided to get a little rude and drop an obscenity regarding Jimmy Iovine.
Jimmy Iovine, the mentor on the show, gave his impressions of each of the contestants before it was revealed if they were staying or going.
When Haley’s turn came, he said:
“Haley’s problem is she really doesn’t know who she is yet.”
Which is an extremely valid statement given that she’s only 20 and is being thrown into this big venue without any kind of time to shape herself into what she wants to be. Haley, however, doesn’t take criticism well:
“Haley immediately responded to the criticism by saying a naughty word that Fox was able to edit out from primetime TV.
Now, we can only guess at what Haley may have said.”
Ryan Seacrest, host extraordinaire, didn’t seem too pleased with her, telling her to she needs to watch her mouth.
Absolutely she does! The man was just giving constructive criticism.
Haley, not cool. Jimmy has done a ton for you. And all we know is that Casey probably wouldn’t have reacted that way… just sayin’!
