American Idol├óΓé¼Γäós new season twelve panel has got EVERYONE talking — including the cast!
While we previously mentioned that veteran judge Randy Jackson claimed the panel was “on fire” this year, we also heard that Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj are getting along just fine!
… or so they say! LOLz!
Now it seems like the whole crew got together recently after NYC auditions for some dinner and to bond as the newly revamped Idol family!
Ryan Seacrest, who still remains as host, revealed:
“Last night, we had a couple salads, a little calamari and a little kale. Mariah started telling me about how she went to beauty school and how she wants to put color in my hair, and she was very serious.”
LOLz! To be there for THAT dinner conversation!
So we already heard from Mimi and Nicki, but what does Keith Urban think of the show so far?
The country crooner and newbie judge stated:
“I’m just grateful I get to do it. I’m grateful that they asked me. The show has certainly produced some great country artists already so it just seems fitting.”
And, after season after season of Idol hopefuls attempting to sing Mariah’s songs, how does she feel about that?
MC confessed:
“They can sing anything that moves them. I want to be honest and someone that the contestants can look to for guidance. Am I ‘the mean one’? Am I ‘the nice one’? I am me.├óΓé¼┬¥
Of course, Mariah was quick to say that the show was NOT about her, but the contestants and how she can “help guide them.”
Fair enough! Though, it seems we’ll have to wait until January to see how the panel switch-up all works out!
