
Apparently the average person farts a pint of gas, about 14 farts a day!!
You may not notice these farts if they are silent and most of all odorless, therefore check out these ways to make your gas smell better!
1. Try to cut dairy products out of your diet.
2. Decrease your intake of oily, fatty, fried foods…they are not good for your health anyway!
3. Eat artichokes
4. Eliminate all carbonated beverages, however if this does not improve the odor within a few days, you can add them back to your diet.
5. Eat cooked vegetables. Your digestive system has a harder time breaking down raw veggies!
