A Texas food processing plant is being shut down by authorities who say it’s contaminated by bacteria linked to the deaths of four people.
The Texas Department of State Health Services ordered Sangar Produce and Processing to stop processing food and recall all products shipped from its San Antonio location. The bacteria they found is called Listeria monocytogenes, which causes severe illness.
We hope nobody else gets sick!
