Is The World Champion Hot-Dog Eater Washed Up?

Takeru Kobayashi is a champion eater and holds world records for eating hot dogs, hamburgers, and meat balls.

But his reign as eating king of the world may be coming to an end.

On Sunday night in Brooklyn Kobayashi attempted to become the world’s greatest pizza-eater and failed. According to reports, he struggled through then entire contest.

Next week he will attempt to break the lamb pot stew eating record in Taiwan, and we will be able to see if the pizza debacle was a fluke, or if he truly is losing his edge.
