Hulk Hogan Was Asked To Play With Metallica!

The Hulkster could slap a mean bass back in the day!
Hulk Hogan revealed that before he rocked his tights and boots, he wanted to be a musician. When an opportunity came to be in Metallica, Hogan almost seized it.
He recounts his relationship with drummer Lars Ulrich:

I played bass guitar. I was big pals with Lars Ulrich and he asked me if I wanted to play bass with Metallica in their early days but it didn’t work out

Hulk Hogan would probably be a very scary gutairist with those guns!
