As you know, Hulk Hogan is dealing with his $100 million lawsuit against Gawker Media for releasing part of a sex tape that shows the the 62-year-old having intercourse with Heather Cole, the ex-wife of his former friend Todd Clem, a.k.a. Bubba the Love Sponge.
Miz Cole testified at Hogan’s trial on Wednesday via a videotaped deposition from 2015 in which she claims she didn’t know their sexual escapades were being filmed.

Cole also asserts that she had sex with Hogan several times at her ex-husband’s request, and she was upset when she learned of the infamous tape:
“I was shown the video. I immediately asked for it to stop.”
Heather went on to say that she doesn’t know who leaked the footage to the gossip site — and, as far as she knows, Hogan didn’t know they were being recorded either.
Gawker’s defense is arguing that the X-rated film was newsworthy and that they should be protected by the First Amendment.
The site’s lawyers also hope to have Bubba — who allegedly admitted all three of them knew about it being filmed — testify, but he exercised his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination and won’t be taking the stand.
This all sounds super fishy to us!!!
