Since the producers of American Idol have clearly forgotten the central concept of the reality MUSIC competition, sources are claiming that the Food Network star will come on the show as a guest judge this season.

Supposedly, the deal has been in the works for “weeks” and catering has been alerted to bring copious amounts of butter to the set.

Guess just about anyone can be on this show now, huh?

A little tip for the contestants: Beware of angry, flying ham if you suck!
