Top 24 Contestant Booted From Idol!

We wonder what happened!

Top 24 American Idol contestant Chris Golightly has been removed from the competition.

Fox released the following statement:

“It has been determined that Chris Golightly is ineligible to continue in the competition. American Idol contestant Tim Urban has replaced Golightly as part of the Top 24.”

But no one seems to know why!

Chris is the 19-year old from Texas who was bounced around foster homes during his childhood! So sad.

A sex tape? Criminal record?! Only time will tell!

And a lucky break for Tim!
