An American Idol Switcheroo!

Okay change of plans for all you Idol fans:

Tonight, instead of the top 12 lady American Idol semifinalists performing, the top 10 guys will take the stage due to some last-minute “medical issues” with one of the contestants.

Though they wouldn’t reveal what the problem was, a Fox spokesperson did reveal that the contestant was Crystal Bowersox.

Hope whatever it is clears up before tomorrow. It would be a shame to make it this far and have to drop out!
