He Was Driving 100mph!!!!

Damning new evidence against Nick Hogan was released by the Clearwater, Florida, police on Wednesday.

Amongst the startling new revelations – Nick was going at approximately 100mph when his car crashed in August, leaving his friend, John Graziano, with serious head injuries and incapacitated for life.

The damning evidence comes from Barrett Lawrance, a close friend of Nick’s and a passenger in the silver Dodge Viper that was racing Hogan’s car.

Lawrence painted Nick as someone who “always” drove recklessly.

Hogan’s lawyer adamantly denies his client was driving 100mph.

At the hospital, Nick told police he was traveling 30 or 40 mph. He also told police he didn’t know what road he was traveling on or what direction. His speech was “mumbled and soft” and his eyes bloodshot, according to Todd Turpack, a Clearwater police investigator who wrote the original report.
