But now the man who was kicked off the show after producers found out he had previously been arrested is filing ANOTHER suit claiming he was DEFAMED through negative comments regarding his circumstances for leaving the series…
AND through the inaccurate media depiction of his alleged Paula Abdul affair!
Clark is suing FOX, E! Entertainment and two law firms and is seeking redress for what’s happened in his life since leaving the show.
Sounds to us like someone is a little too sue-happy!
