How scary!!
Scotty McCreery and a few of his friends were held at gunpoint in an apartment complex near North Carolina State University early Monday morning.
The former American Idol winner, who is currently a student at NC State, was reportedly visiting friends when three armed suspects stormed into the apartment, demanding everything they have.
In a 911 call released by police, the caller frantically explained to the dispatcher what went down during that time frame.
The caller said:
“They were like ‘Get down. Get on the floor and give us everything you got.'”
Raleigh police said the suspected allegedly took cash, wallets and electronics before they left the apartment complex.
Thankfully, the police also confirmed no one was injured!
What a scary incident, but we’re glad everyone is okay!
