Looks like American Idol still reigns supreme on Wednesday nights!
The singing competition brought in the most viewers when the top 6 took the stage with their Queen covers! 16.5 million tuned in, although the show’s 4.6 rating was down two tenths from last week.
There wasn├óΓé¼Γäót really much competition for Idol though…
ABC├óΓé¼Γäós The B—- in Apartment 23, only on its third episode, already dropped 23 percent since last week, as did Revenge — which hit a season low — and was down 13 percent.
NBC’s scripted shows like Off Their Rockers and Law & Order: SVU remained steady this week, averaging 4.8 million viewers as a network.
As for the encore ep of the new CW show, The L.A. Complex? Well, after it premiered Tuesday night as the lowest-rated broadcast drama debut of ALL time (ouch!), its encore brought an additional 100,000 viewers!
Maybe viewers weren├óΓé¼Γäót clear on when it premiered? Okay, okay…we├óΓé¼Γäóre just going to go out on a limb here and say it probably won├óΓé¼Γäót be on air for too long.
At least the CW can still count on hit shows like The Vampire Diaries!
