It seems Angelina Jolie‘s lawyers are NOT happy with media leaks!
Bertram Fields, on behalf of the law offices of Greenberg, Glusker, Fields, Claman & Machtinger, LLP, released a letter to Perez Hilton late Friday that shared dismay with “false and inflammatory” media reports about Angelina.
The letter also plainly indicated that the kids were Angelina’s “only” concern during this time.

In part, Fields’ letter revealed Angelina’s deep worry about her six kids, in saying:
“What is at stake here is the health, welfare, and safety of six minor children. Their protection is the only issue about which Angelina is concerned.”
We’ve seen that concern manifest itself even this morning, so that would make sense.
But the letter didn’t stop there, and hinted that some nefarious things were being planted in the media as Angelina goes through a contentious divorce with Brad Pitt.
Fields continued:
“Unfortunately, the situation has been widely misrepresented, and protection of the children’s welfare may be jeopardized by the continued planting and publication of false and inflammatory media reports about Angelina, the children, and every aspect of the family situation.”

Celeb divorces are obviously incredibly difficult for so many reasons — not the least of which is balancing the need for privacy with the inevitable information links and reveals to a waiting audience.
Looks like Angelina is stepping up her game in response to some of that!
