Blake Lively‘s It Ends With Us legal drama is wreaking havoc on her next film — and while she may not have had a feud with Anna Kendrick in the past, she is pissing off her co-star now! Uh oh!
As fans surely know, there’s been a lot of drama when it comes to the release of Another Simple Favor. What was once a highly-anticipated sequel has gotten drowned out by all of Blake’s legal trouble with Justin Baldoni — some fans are even planning to boycott the new thriller. Oof!!!
Just like on the Colleen Hoover drama, some fans believe the Gossip Girl star took over the film, such as by getting the top billing on the poster despite the Pitch Perfect star being the obvious bigger talent. Petty stuff like that can really drive a wedge between people! Because of all this, fans have taken a look back at the pair’s original 2018 promo interviews, speculating that they may have been feuding all the way back then!

Despite feud rumors, some reports have insisted the pair aren’t fighting. But the latest sources are painting a more complicated picture.
Speaking to People on Thursday, an insider insisted Anna is “not used to being caught up in any drama,” and because of that, she’s been really disappointed in the reaction to their movie. The source elaborated:
“The comments on Instagram have upset her, especially the ones saying fans are now refusing to watch the movie because they don’t want to support Blake.”
Yeah, that would SUCK! It’s just terrible, terrible timing for this film to come out.
A second confidant told the outlet that there “really is no drama or rift.” In fact, the performers are planning to do some promo together (unlike Blake and her rival co-star Justin), they urged:
“There is no feud. The film is in the early stages of planning what press will look like, and Blake and Anna will be doing some things together.”
But to be fair, that doesn’t really say much. After the disastrous It Ends With Us campaign, it would be downright stupid for Blake to avoid her co-star right now — whether or not they’re actually at odds. It would just look SO bad. But if they are fighting, they better be ready to act their asses off in those interviews because you know fans are going to be analyzing the heck outta their joint appearances!
