Alex Phillips, a a 17 year-old Wisconsin teenager, has been arrested on felony charges of child pornography. He also faces charges of defamation and sexual exploitation of a child.

Phillips posted naked photos of his ex-girlfriend on his MySpace account.
Ouch!
When contacted by by police about the two cell phone camera images of his 16 year-old ex, Phillips refused to take them down.
Dumbass!
When he was threatened with facing jail time for displaying naked photos of an underage girl, he responded with, “Fuck that, I am keeping them up.”
Ok, now he really is a dumbass!
Apparently, Phillips posted the photos some time last week to “vent.”
Turns out the pics were taken by his ex-girlfriend, a Vanessa Hudgens fan apparently, who then gave them to Phillips.
As for the photo captions, Phillips added below the photos, “Yo, U see how big her hole is! Its from me!”
Both sets of parents must be proud!
