Just when you thought the drama was over…
Audrina Patridge’s ex-husband Corey Bohan has been ordered to stay away from her and their daughter after The Hills star once again accused him of domestic violence.
According to The Blast, an investigation has been launched after the mother-of-one filed an emergency motion this week seeking a temporary restraining order against the BMX pro. The petition is listed as being filed on behalf of the MTV personality and Bohan’s daughter, Kirra.
The reality star listed the most recent alleged abuse as “May 2019, continuing to present,” claiming that her baby daddy continues to commit abuse to this day — and at least one of those incidents has apparently involved the police.

Sources close to the case told the outlet that Bohan is currently “under investigation by officers in Costa Mesa for a recent incident” with Partridge and their 3-year-old daughter.
A hearing was held in Orange County Court, where Bohan responded to the petition. The judge granted the temporary restraining order until a hearing later this month. Bohan was ordered to stay 100 yards from Audrina and Kirra; he’s not allowed near their home, Kirra’s school, and other locations. His visitation has been revoked until the investigation is complete.
On top of the restraining order request, Patridge requested for their current custody deal to be changed, and is seeking full custody of their child. An investigator will come to the hearing later this month and give testimony.
As we reported, the pair got into a similar legal war in 2017 before they divorced. Fans will remember that Audrina filed a restraining order against the athlete after making allegations of domestic abuse, but the two ended up reaching an amicable agreement in court.

Things probably won’t be as amicable this time around, though, as Audrina has since accused her baby daddy of stalking and harassing her.
The ongoing drama has definitely taken a toll on the 34-year-old, who vented about it to Heidi Montag on a recent episode of The Hills: New Beginnings, saying:
“I just, I’ve been going through a lot on the personal side of things… It’s just the court, custody, just everything at once. It gets hard… You get so used to having someone there all the time and then it’s just like getting used to being on your own, being a single mom, it’s just—it hit me today.”
We hope things get better for her.
