Legendary rock producer Phil Spector has been ordered to face murder charges AGAIN this coming September.

Recall, y’all, when Spector stood trial last year for killing a woman in his home, the jury deadlocked 10-2 in favor of a guilty verdict, which forced the judge to declare a mistrial.

Most of Spector’s defense team quit shortly thereafter, causing delays in the retrial.

The new defense team Spector put together is seeking to have the original judge removed from the case, claiming he is biased against the rock producer.

10-2 sounds pretty damn guilty!
