Carey Mulligan Raises $95,000 To Fight Dementia!

Carey Mulligan is not only an absolutely gorgeous lady…
She’s a philanthropist too!
Carey was a guest at the ASMALLWORLD gala dinner at Gstaad Palace Hotel in Switzerland where she helped raise $95,000 to fight dementia!
Carey was asked to nominate a charity to receive funds from the event so she chose the Alzheimer’s Society, as a tribute to her grandmother.
She said:

“I am committed to helping Alzheimer├óΓé¼Γäós Society in any way I can. My family and I rely on the help of organizations like Alzheimer├óΓé¼Γäós Society to help us understand the disease and guide us in the care of my grandmother. My favorite Christmas memory is every Christmas we spent with my grandmother. She used to alternate between us and our cousins and every year we were lucky enough to have her was particularly precious.”

That’s so sweet!
The evening was filled with food and fun, and even some charity raffles with luxury prizes!
Sounds like it was a great event that raised a heck of a lot of money for a wonderful cause!
