Danica Patrick may have not won 1st, 2nd or even 3rd place at the Daytona 500, but she was still the FIRST female driver to land the coveted starting position during the NASCAR event!!
The racing diva finished in 8th place at Sunday’s meet, and even though she didn’t zoom by everyone, she’s still content.
Miz Patrick said:
“It was a solid day. We stayed basically in the top 10 all day. It was fun when it got a little exciting.”
Driver Jimmie Johnson ended up winning the race and her new boyfriend, Ricky Stenhouse, who is also a driver finished in at 12th.
Welp, at least Danica can say that she’s a better racer than her man!!
