This kid is seriously amazing.
A teenager from Florida named Davion Only is an orphan and has moved around various foster homes his entire life.
Despite his hardships – all he wants is to be loved by a family he can call his own.
He recently went to a Florida church congregation, and asked everyone there if someone, anyone would please adopt him.
Here is part of his inspiring speech:
“My name is Davion and I’ve been in foster care since I was born… I know God hasn’t given up on me. So I’m not giving up either. I’ll take anyone. Old or young, dad or mom, black, white, purple. I don’t care. And I would be really appreciative. The best I could be.”
Since his speech, his story has gone viral, and the foster home where the 15-year-old lives has received over three HUNDRED calls!
A spokesperson speaking of Davion’s behalf said:
“We’re hopeful that we can connect Davion with his forever family.”
Sometimes a little hope can go a long way!!!
