Donald Trump's Lawyer CONFIRMS Stormy Daniels Payout -- But Claims POTUS Wasn't 'Party To The Transaction'!

We call bullshit.
On Tuesday, Donald Trump‘s lawyer confirmed that he made a six figure payment to porn star Stormy Daniels amid the 2016 presidential election. However, the legal expert is claiming the Cheeto-In-Chief knew NOTHING about the shady payoff.

During a chat with The New York Times, Michael D. Cohen stated he handled “a private transaction,” where he paid POTUS’ alleged mistress (born Stephanie Clifford) $130,000 out of his own pocket. The attorney, who was employed by the Trump Organization for more than a decade, claims he was in no way compensated by the Trumpster.
He noted:

“Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly. The payment to Ms. Clifford was lawful, and was not a campaign contribution or a campaign expenditure by anyone.”

Why do we have a hard time believing this???
In case you forgot, back in January, the Wall Street Journal reported that one of Trump’s lawyers arranged for Miz Daniels to receive a hefty payment — in exchange for the XXX actress’ silence regarding an alleged sexual encounter with the Celebrity Apprentice alum. It’s rumored Stormy and Donnie got physical less than four months after Trump’s wife, Melania Trump, birthed son Barron Trump.
Cohen, along with Trump’s White House staff, have denied the affair allegations.
Later in January, In Touch published snippets from a shelved 2011 interview with Daniels, where she detailed multiple alleged sexual encounters with Donald. One of the supposed hookups took place in July 2006 at golf tournament in Lake Tahoe. Ugh.
Daniels has danced around confirming the payout and affair reports. In a statement released by Cohen on behalf of Stormy, the adult performer said the affair gossip was “completely false.” On January 30, a second statement seemingly written by Stormy was released.
Although, hours later, the blonde stunner suggested that the denial was not from her, as she noted that the signature was different. Tsk, tsk.
We have a feeling there’s A LOT more to this story — and we can’t wait for when it leaks to the press!!
