It hasn’t even been a week since Simon Cowell has announced this will be his last season as a judge on American Idol and people are already suggesting and speculating who should take his place.
The latest whisper coming from the AI set is Elton John could be taking over his fellow Brit’s spot.
We like this idea 100x more than Ryan Seacrest pulling double duty. Actually anyone would be better than Seacrest. Plus, Elton actually has judging experience since he sat in as a guest judge during season 3.
No comment has been made from Elton’s camp confirming if he is or isn’t interested in the gig.
