Watch Erykah Badu Kind Of Apologize For Throwing Shade At Iggy Azalea!

These two might finally be burying the hatchet… we think!
On Monday, Erykah Badu was hosting an #AskBadu session on Twitter, and answered her fans’ burning questions with video responses.

And luckily for us, one user asked the 44-year-old all about the shade she threw at Iggy Azalea during this year’s Soul Train Awards, writing:

But rather than give an actual explanation, the songwriter decided to apologize… at least at first!
The clip started off with the singer saying she’s sorry to the rapper, because her daughters love the Aussie artist. But the vid quickly did a 180!
That’s because Erykah then started to call out her girls Puma and Mars, saying that they should “be with” with Iggy if they care about her so much!
She also explained that the 25-year-old isn’t the one who goes to their parent-teacher conferences and hears about how they don’t pay attention in school.
