Floyd Mayweather Jr. Is Due To Hit The Slammer

Floyd Jail
Floyd Mayweather Jr. abused his wife, and starting today, he’s supposed to pay for it by being in jail for three months.
We haven’t heard from his lawyer OR him, and previously they said they weren’t going to try and get another postponement — the judgment was handed down last December.
That means he was supposed begin the sentence Jan. 6th, but for some reason the judge decided it was okay for him to fight on May 5th. Floyd made $32 million from the fight.
Why was he allowed to fight? We don’t really understand that.
Anyway, he plead quilty to reduced charges in the domestic battery case, and was finally set to surrender this morning… and isn’t expected to be able to fully train while behind bars.
Floyd was also ordered to complete a yearlong domestic violence counseling program, 100 hours of community service and pay a $2,500 fine.
If the judge hadn’t accepted the plea deal, and if he was found guilty on all counts, he could have had 34 years in prison.
We’ll see if he shows up today!
