
You might have been hearing your whole life, “Remember to chew your food!”
Even if not, it’s actually better advice than you’d think, and Gwyneth Paltrow is really taking it to heart.
She’s not on the craziest diet in the world but she swears to chewing every mouthful of food “13 times.”
A source said:
“Gwyn could pass for a 20-year-old. Her figure is amazing, you├óΓé¼Γäód never know she├óΓé¼Γäód given birth to two children. She sticks to a very strict macrobiotic diet which involves eating mainly grains and vegetables. She makes sure she chews every mouthful 13 times, at least. She also does organic juice detoxes. It sounds boring but she looks incredible. She works out five days a week and does Pilates.”
Gwyneth herself attributes a lot of her health to the amount of sleep she gets. She said:
“For me, sleep is a major thing. I don├óΓé¼Γäót always get it, and when I don├óΓé¼Γäót, I look like I├óΓé¼Γäóve been hit by a truck. I had to work hard to get like this, but now I├óΓé¼Γäóm here it├óΓé¼Γäós so great because I don├óΓé¼Γäót have to think about it. I can just enjoy life. What a relief that is.”
So chew your food and get some sleep!
If you had been listening to your parents all along you’d already look like Gwyneth Paltrow!
