Jay-Z’s Personal Chef Promoted To Cook At 40/40 Club In NYC

Jay-Z’s personal chef, Mike Shand, just got promoted from cooking personal meals for the rapper to overseeing the kitchen of the newly revamped 40/40 club in NYC.

Mike is filling the menu with Jay-Z’s favorite dishes, including Baja-style catfish.

Said Jay-Z’s rep:

“[Jay] knew that Mike would be able to improve upon the current menu in ways that had the Jay-Z seal of approval because many are dishes that he eats himself on a daily basis.”
