Two Of Jenelle Evans' Children Removed From Home Over Concerns About David Eason's Temper

Jenelle Evans David Eason

Child Protective Services in Columbus County, North Carolina has officially seen to it that two of the children living with Jenelle Evans and David Eason are now out of the house, at least for the foreseeable future.
According to reports out on Monday afternoon in TMZ, CPS’ orders stated that two of Jenelle’s children — nine-year-old Jace, and four-year-old Kaiser — have been removed from the home after Eason’s horrific dog-killing incident earlier this month.

With Jace — who Jenelle had with Andrew Lewis — the order is official in name only, since Jenelle’s mother Barbara actually has custody of him, and he lives there full time. Jenelle simply has visitation rights with her oldest, though CPS has officially cut off all visits at Jenelle’s home because of Eason’s presence there, and she must now go to Barbara’s or public places to see Jace during visitation. CPS will not allow Jace to return to the home for any amount of time at least until its investigation has wrapped up.
Four-year-old Kaiser, who Jenelle had with Nathan Griffith, was officially removed from the home on Friday, and he is currently staying with his father and Nathan’s mom. Kaiser reportedly was in the house when David allegedly beat and then fatally shot Nugget, Jenelle’s french bulldog, so it’s sad and scary to think about how the young boy could’ve possibly been affected long-term by seeing such a terrifying act of violence.

And Then There Was One…

As for two-year-old Ensley, who Jenelle and David share together, she is still in the home. According to reports, a big reason for that is that Columbus County authorities believe it is too dangerous to enter the property “given David’s temper, combined with his firepower.”
Not even kidding about that — they are deferring on removing the little girl, who was right in the middle of the killing of Nugget, because police are worried about potentially violent consequences from Eason. That alone is beyond horrific — for the former Teen Mom 2 star, her daughter, for the authorities… just… ugh.
The other two kids are now out of the home, though, at least for the time being as CPS’ full investigation runs its course. Count this as just another major legal issue on Eason’s plate right now… but the children’s safety is the most important, and this really was the right move for Child Protective Services.
