Will David Eason Face Justice For Alleged Killing Of French Bulldog??

Teen Mom Jenelle Evans David Eason Killed Dog Animal Control

David Eason WILL have to answer for the alleged killing of the family’s adorable French bulldog Nugget.
Reports first hit Tuesday that the Teen Mom alum had allegedly shot and killed the dog, which he and Jenelle Evans adopted about nine months previous, when it snapped at their 2-year-old daughter Ensley.

Right away David all but confessed, writing on Instagram:

“Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me. You can hate me all you want but this isnt the first time the dog bit Ensley aggressively. The only person that can judge weather or not a animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME.”

Later Jenelle confirmed the horrible story, telling Us Weekly:

“David killed my dog Nugget because he snapped at my 2-year-old, Ensley. He doesn’t put up with that and those are his beliefs. He just took her and shot her in the woods… about two acres away from the house.”

Thankfully she revealed Ensley and 4-year-old Kaiser (her son with Nathan Griffith) were inside and “had no idea” what was happening.
David may have talked a big game about being in the right on social media. But when cops came asking he reportedly told them the dog was fine.
That tells us he’s full of crap and knows what he did was wrong.
As scary as a dog biting (or nearly biting) your child might be, we aren’t talking about an act of protecting a child here. If he shot it, it seems to us he didn’t shoot it to keep her safe, because the incident was already over. There were other options, including additional training and giving the animal back up for adoption.
No, if this is all true, David killed this dog because he wanted to.
We’ve been telling you for months how scared we were that this man had children under his care…

A great many who’ve heard about the tragedy were incensed beyond words at the possibility David might get away with this.
Dozens called in to North Carolina’s animal welfare hotline; according to TMZ the Attorney General’s Office got 138 complaints!
Now Animal Control is acting where the police couldn’t; they’re sending an officer on Thursday to confirm the dog was dead and to see the body.
It won’t be easy considering how Eason has threatened government agents in the past.

More legal action could follow based on what the officer sees; animal cruelty (yes, even killing) is only a Class 1 misdemeanor. But it’s still illegal and not entirely without consequences.
One consequence David may be facing right away? The loss of his family. Jenelle has already publicly stated:

“David and I are not on talking terms. I’m too hurt and upset at the fact he did that. It’s taking time to get over this whole situation, and it’s making me feel he’s very cruel and doesn’t have a heart on many ends.”

Yes. Get away. Get far away, and take those kids.
