Jodie Sweetin may actually have the ex from hell.
As we previously reported, the Fuller House star called off her engagement to Justin Hodak last week — and since then there has been nonstop drama. Not only did Jodie have to call the police on Hodak for threatening to kill himself, but the Dancing With The Stars alum also took out a temporary restraining order against Justin for getting aggressive with her while on drugs. So scary!

We don’t blame Miz Sweetin for getting a restraining order, especially since the details of their intense blowup have been leaked. Court documents obtained by People have revealed:
“On March 18, 2017, Justin Hodak engaged in a violent argument with Jodie Sweetin at their then-shared residence ├óΓé¼┬ª Hodak has a history of drug abuse, but had been sober for a time before the incident….However, Hodak had been using steroids and testosterone supplements, which made his temper worse, and on the night of the incident, was abusing alcohol and marijuana. During the argument, he screamed at Sweetin using harshly abusive language. Sweetin then asked him to leave the house. He threatened to commit suicide if she made him leave. He escalated the conflict by pulling down a seven-foot bookcase, which blocked the doorway to the room that Sweetin was in, effectively trapping her there… [Hodak] then took out a nine millimeter pistol, and threatened to use it. He later left the house, taking the weapon with him.”
Man, oh man. The legal document continued:
“Hodak has acknowledged to Sweetin that he had served time in jail for felony offenses. He told her that he committed a robbery to support a drug habit. According to law enforcement, his prior offenses include assault with a deadly weapon. He kept an illegal AR-15 assault rifle at the house, which the police have confiscated.”
According to the former child star’s legal team, Justin had made 87 phone calls to Jodie’s cell phone prior to being served with the Emergency Protective Order. To make matters worse, Sweetin also alleges in the legal paperwork that “on previous occasions, Hodak had engaged in violent arguments with [her], in which he threw objects at her.” Not to mention, before their breakup, Justin came to the Warner Bros. studio lot (where the actress works) and got into a dispute with the security guards as he demanded to see his then-girlfriend.
It’s said Hodak “has a history of harassing the family members of his former girlfriends.” And it seems as though Jodie’s ex has no respect for the restraining order as he was arrested on Monday for violating it. WHAAAT???
Reportedly, police saw Justin driving in front of the 35-year-old’s home, and so, they booked him for violating the EPO. In regards to the restraining order, Hodak is supposed to stay at least 100 yards away from her, her home, her job, her vehicle, and her children’s school. Obviously, Justin is NOT supposed to contact Sweetin in any way.
He’s also supposed to stay away from her children, Beatrix Coyle and Zoie Herpin, as well as her mother, father, and assistant. What’s crazy is this arrest is Justin’s third in just over a week. Hodak is supposed to appear next in court on April 14.
