Katharine McPhee‘s divorce is officially over.
The Scorpion star and her husband of six years Nick Cokas filed for divorce back in May 2014 after having been separated for a year prior.
According to court docs filed on Monday, the 31-year-old must pay Cokas $102,616 within the next few days — and he will thereafter receive spousal support of up to $400,000 a year, or a prorated $33,333 a month, depending on her income.

Miz McPhee will keep the furniture, artwork, various bank accounts and insurance policies, and the 2013 Mercedes M Class SUV. Cokas will keep his 2013 Jeep Wrangler and a percentage of his ex’s music and TV show royalties from when they were together.
The former flames first met in 2005 before McPhee’s rise to fame on American Idol. They were engaged two years later and tied the knot in 2008 in Beverly Hills.
Signs that their relationship had gone south became apparent when Kat was pictured kissing her (also married) Smash director Michael Morris in the fall of 2013.
Since the official separation, the singer has been linked to her Scorpion co-star Elyes Gabel. Most recently, the pair hit up the Super Bowl together:
