Katie Maloney is sticking up for Ariana Madix!
On Tuesday, it was revealed that Tom Sandoval is suing Ariana over coming across explicit videos of him and Rachel Leviss. You know — the ones that exposed their months-long affair. Sandoval argued his ex-girlfriend “obtained access” to the contents of his phone without his “authorization or permission,” alleging that she went on to make “copies” and share them with “Leviss and third parties” without his consent. Ariana’s legal team already had a very vicious response to the legal matter, but now her bestie is coming to her defense, too!

Reacting to an Instagram post about the filing (HERE), the Vanderpump Rules star commented on Wednesday:
“Authorized permission … interesting choice of words pal. Anyways, you f**king suck dude.”
Damn!
When a fan wondered if Tom even had the “‘authorized permission’ to screen record the video in the first place,” Katie added:
“No he didn’t but he did share his phone pass code with his partner at the time. Mans confused about how that bit works I guess.”
She then took to her Story and reposted a video of Ariana on the set of Love Island USA showing off her stunning body in a tight-fitting and very revealing dress. Katie captioned it:
“Cream rises to the top”

So far, Ariana hasn’t personally reacted to the legal mess yet, but at least she’s got such a supportive pal!
As Perezcious readers know, the cover band star’s suit comes after Rachel already sued both him and Ari for eavesdropping, revenge porn, invasion of privacy, and inflicting emotional distress. They’ve both hit back hard at her lawsuit, but now he’s trying to defend himself even more by throwing the actress under the bus. So, we’re not surprised Katie’s so pissed at him! Reactions??
