Kim Kardashian is opening up about the “sad part” of motherhood.
As the SKIMS founder’s babies grow before our very eyes, momma Kim is feeling emotional. On Saturday, she took to her Instagram Story to reshare a post any mother can relate to. It reads:
“The sad part about motherhood is that you’re raising the one person you can’t live without… to be able to live without you.”
Awww! That’s so heartbreaking! While it’s any parent’s responsibility to prep their babies for the real world, it doesn’t make it any less sad when your little ones are suddenly too old to want to hold your hand or give you a hug in front of their friends!
This all comes just weeks after a report surfaced that the mom of four is “pretty much a single mom” as dad Kanye West is “not around” very much anymore. A source told People:
“Kanye is sadly not around very much. [Kim is] pretty much a single mom. Although she has help, it’s still a lot of work for her to balance and coordinate everything … Kim’s life is around her kids’ schedules. When they are in school, she works. When they are off, she’s very much focused on being a mom.”
Apparently the reality star is “not even dating anyone” right now because it’s “all about work and the kids.”

We love that she’s such an active mother. This is time she’ll never get back so we’re no too surprised to hear that she’s prioritizing the kiddos so much. But when she’s ready, we’re sure she won’t have any trouble finding an eligible man!
