In case you forgot, Matthew is the first person the Glee actress seriously dated after the tragic loss of co-star and boyfriend, Cory Monteith back in 2013. The couple celebrated their one year anniversary back in April!

Her BF’s bday post is mere weeks after the very sweet message that Cannonball singer posted for Cory on social media!
Though some might think that Miz Michele isn’t over her former on/off-screen love — we think the duo are stronger than ever.
Especially, since the couple isn’t afraid of some serious PDA!! Remember when they couldn’t keep their hands off each other while strolling through WeHo a couple weeks ago?? We certainly do.
We simply can’t get enough of these two. Could there be wedding bells in the near future??
