Quiet! Louis Vuitton Is Focusing On His Art!

Louis Vuitton has launched an arts initiative to promote the education and practice of art and humanities.
Louis Vuitton NA is committed to hosting a series of discussions on arts education with the President’s Committee on the Arts and Humanities in several U.S. cities.
These conversations will begin Spring 2012 with special events in New York City and San Francisco.
The president of the foundation, Valérie Chapoulaud-Floquet, wholeheartedly believes in the purpose of the program, saying:

For us, art it is not only one direction. It is very broad. It is 360 degrees. We always continue it, and we embrace it very naturally. It’s really a part of our daily life. Louis Vuitton is involved in art and culture in different ways. One of the ways is education.
First, it is to promote art education in the United States, and we consider that we found our way with PCAH to make a difference because they promote art in different ways. The idea is to partner together in order to give it more awareness and visibility in the United States.

LV is determined to bring the arts to under-served communities. And they believe with their work and communication, actions can be enacted to ensure this.
We love it! More big name brands should get into charity and positive activism!
