The jury in the Phil Spector murder trial have been unable to reach a decision.
Guilty, you idiots!
The famed record producer is facing second degree murder charges and on Tuesday the jury – in its seventh day of deliberations – told the judge that they are at a 7-5 stand still, but they did not indicate which way they were leaning.
“At this time I don’t believe that anything else will change the positions of the jurors,” the foreman said.
The defense attorneys immediately asked for a mistrial but the judge denied it on grounds that three jurors indicated that further instructions may help.
