Oh Honey-pie, you’ll always be OUR baby!
But apparently, Mariah Carey’s newest track Triumphant (Get ‘Em) ft. Rick Ross is not beloved, at least not enough to feature on any major music chart!
The Mistress of melodious runs just released the mediocre tune (well THREE versions of it, actually), but unfortunately, Triumphant only sold 23,000 downloads its first week, which is sadly NOT enough to debut in the Billboard Hot 100.
And while girl was in the lower half of the iTunes top 100 for a hot second, Mariah’s new track is now nowhere to be seen.
UGH, major sadface you guys!
Ah well, you sell some, you flop some, right MiMi?!
We’re sure this is just a minor comeback setback and once you flap those butterfly wings on Americon Idol this fall, everyone will forget about this musical indiscretion and they’ll bask in your glittering glow once more!
