Mariah Carey’s recently released ‘comeback’ single Triumphant (Get Em) ft. Rick Ross is NOT the smashing success we ALL hoped it would be. And while we can’t say that we loved the song that much, we were still hoping it would do well for MiMi.
No such luck!
The rap-infused single JUST debuted last week, but it hasn’t made it into the coveted top ten ranking of ANY music chart, and is currently sitting down LOW in the iTunes store at #70.
Ouch! But hey, at least some of the track’s remixes are a little more on thefantastic side!
And, hopefully American Idol can do what it does best and fuel Mariah’s not-so-steamin’ musical engine. We’ll take one ticket aboard the Mariah express, recent wrecks be damned!
