Bipolar Mel Gibson May Sue Screenwriter For Releasing Rage-Filled Rant

Mel Gibson has become more famous for his personal life than his movies in the last few years.
That’s no surprise when stuff like his latest raged-filled audio clip hits the internet, during which he loses it on screenwriter Joe Eszterhas.
Although we have absolutely NO PITY for this guy and how he chooses to express himself, it turns out he may have been off his meds during the incident.
The actor was diagnosed with severe bipolar disorder and rage issues during his crazy custody battle with Oksana Grigorieva and given psychiatric medication to cope with his issues. A source who listened to the angry recording has said:

“It’s clear to me from listening to the recently released tapes that he most likely isn’t taking his medication, which is sad because when he was taking it he was so much calmer and rational.”

Now that his latest embarrassment has hit the web, Gibson is considering legal action against Eszterhas because he believes a “basic human right” was violated when he was secretly recorded in his home.
The Lethal Weapon star’s team is currently investigating Costa Rican laws to determine if any recording or privacy laws were violated.
