Melt-Proof Ice Cream Invented Sorta Not Really

Melt-Proof Ice Cream Invented Sorta Not Really

There’s a “melt-proof” ice-cream called simply “Banana.”
It’s a weird treat you can buy from 7-11 in China.
So a journalist went to China and bought one to test how melt-proof it really was by leaving it out in the Chinese summer sun for a few hours.
It actually appears not to melt!
Apparently that’s because its a gelatin wrapping on the outside and the inside is ice cream soup.
Check out the above video to see the Banana in action!
