Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson are stronger together!
The Mother’s Daughter singer took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to give fans a peek at her and her 23-year-old boyfriend’s extreme “werk”-out sesh.
In a mirror selfie video, Cody was seen grunting while doing intense jump squats in the background at the gym while the Black Mirror actress lounged on her side in a pair of gray shorts and white sports bra serving face that, tbh, appeared to be of equal intensity to her bf’s workout.

She wrote over the clip:
“We have a different idea of ‘werking out’ ”
Whatever gets those results, gurl!
In a follow-up video, Miley showed part of her cool down regimen: she was seen topless with earbuds in as she grinned and turned away from the camera while Cody could be heard in the background laughing.
She wrote over the clip:
“When baby f**ks up but wants you to listen to his song … Peep the plugs”

The pair have been spending a lot of time “werking out” recently, but sadly couldn’t be together for the Aussie singer’s birthday this past Saturday (he was out of town traveling in Milan). However, Miley made sure to celebrate his big day from afar via her IG Stories.
She wrote on Friday night:
“Happy birthday to my best friend in the entire world @codysimpson ☠️?☠️?☠️?. I love you and our pirate life!”
The following day, the former Disney darling shared a second message on top of a cute video of the twosome wearing face masks. She wrote:
“Happy birthday to my favorite human to get weird with on the entire earth ☠️ @codysimpson I ? u”
For Cody’s b-day prezzie, Miley opted for a vintage doctor’s bag inscribed with the title of his upcoming poetry book, Prince Neptune, explaining to fans that the tote was actually a relic from the 1800s.
As fans know, the pair were first linked in October following Miley’s splits from ex-hubby Liam Hemsworth and former #HotGirlSummer companion Kaitlynn Carter. In recent months, the pair slightly calmed down when it came to gushing over one another on social media — save for special occasions like birthdays, of course.
Looks like they’re really trying to build a strong, lasting relationship with each other. Here’s to many more “werk”-outs!
