Nikki Reed Celebrates Her 2 Year Wedding Anniversary With Paul McDonald! Keeps It Low Key!

Boy, does time sure fly!

Nikki Reed and her hubby Paul McDonald celebrated their two year wedding anniversary last Wednesday and the two couldn’t be more in love!

Nikki talked about their minimal anniversary celebration, saying:

“We kept it low key this year. So we went to a midnight spa session. It’s amazing. This place called Voda Spa on Santa Monica. We did a couples thing.”

The Twilight star and the former American Idol finalist tied the knot in 2011 on October 16th and she hinted that married life is still a learning process!

She reveals:

“It’s important to communicate and stay on the same page. With what we do for a living, it’s important we make each other know they come first.”

How cute!

There are times where the two are off busy doing their own thing, like Paul going on tour with Hanson, its certainly important to keep the communication and magic alive when they’re far apart!

But when they’re together, it sounds like marital bliss!

The actress gushes about her hubby:

“He’s all about the setting and ambience. Even though he’s not the best cook, he’s great at getting take out from my favorite places and setting it up like he cooked it. He gets a good grade for effort.”

How sweet!!

We know it’s only been two years, but here’s to many more memories for the two lovebirds!
