As we mentioned earlier, Nikki Reed is now engaged to former American Idol finalist Paul McDonald.
The news came about after Reed walked the red carpet at the MTV Movie awards last night with a ring on her wedding finger.
And despite just dating a few months, it seems everyone is happy for the couple, especially Nikki’s dad, Seth Reed.
Poppa Reed reveals:
“I am happy for them both it’s good news. I guess the press are all over the story, so, I don’t want to say too much at this time.”
And Nikki couldn’t be happier herself, recently revealing about Paul:
├óΓé¼┼ôI love him and I don’t care. I’ve never met anyone like him. I’ve never met anyone who has such a good solid heart and comes from such a good solid family and is just a genuine person. We have the exact same sense of humor. I’ve never laughed so much with anyone as I do with him.├óΓé¼┬¥
We’re glad they both seem to be so much in love, but if that├óΓé¼Γäós the case, what about a long engagement?
Wouldn’t hurt just to make sure they’re both ready for the commitment of marriage.
