Lindsay Lohan may be heading back to rehab soon!

The actress, who admitted to relapsing while chugging on a bottle of champagne during a party in Italy over the Christmas holidays, seems to be returning to her hard-pAArtying ways.

LL has been boozing it up in Manhattan, the NY Daily News is reporting.

The recovering addict knocked back “at least two” vodka cocktails Friday night at the Beatrice Inn, says the paper.

“Lindsay is learning how to work through her addictions and, once in a while, she chooses to have a cocktail,” says a friend, attempting to explain.

Didn’t she learn anything in rehab?????
