Olive Garden Serves A Minor Alcohol AGAIN!!

WTF, Olive Garden??
So remember last year when we had that little post about Olive Garden serving booze to a 2 year old???
Well, this apparently the redux of that story — but this time it involves a 10 year old boy!
Apparently the kid made his way through half a rum cocktail at an Olive Garden in Indianapolis before the waitress realized her mistake.
Luckily, she did the right thing and told management, who then alerted the family. Immediately he was taken to the hospital, where an officer said he was shaken up but alert.
There is no word of a lawsuit or anything.
Do U think this is an honest mistake, or should the chain be punished??
