This… is… flattering?
Papa John’s is celebrating the Royal Wedding by creating a portrait pizza of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The pizza chain commissioned a food artist in the UK to create the mosaic pizza. Kate’s veil is made from mushrooms and her dress is cheese. William’s suit is made from salami and peppers.
Said Andrew Varga, Papa John’s chief marketing officer:
“Royal Wedding fever is sweeping the world so we couldn’t resist having some fun and creating our very own pizza portrait of Kate and William to celebrate their forthcoming marriage. Like our original crust pizza, our royal portrait is made from 100 percent fresh dough and quality ingredients, so it tastes as good as it looks.”
Well, this is cute. We’re sure it will go REALLY well with the expensive champagne and designer dresses! LOL!
