Princesses! They’re just like us!
As ridiculous as that sounds, in a lot of ways it’s really true!
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie agreed to their first ever joint interview for September’s issue of British Vogue, and they’re spilling the tea on what it means to be Royal in 2018.

Mostly it’s the same as being a young working woman anywhere — except the world occasionally forces you to wear a hat. And then mocks you for your choice of hat.
OK, they’re not just like us exactly. See just how much in snippets from their candid convo (below)!
On Being Working Women AND Princesses

Beatrice: “It’s hard to navigate situations like these because there is no precedent, there is no protocol. We are the first: we are young women trying to build careers and have personal lives, and we’re also princesses and doing all of this in the public eye.”

On Joining Instagram This Year

Eugenie: “We want to show people who we are as working, young, royal women but also not be afraid of putting ourselves out there. Nowadays it’s so easy to recoil when you see a perfect image, but it’s important that it’s real. We’re real.”

They really are!

Um, except when they’re posing for Vogue.

On Eugenie’s Upcoming October Royal Wedding

Beatrice: “Euge is amazing. She’s a very modern bride.”
Eugenie: “I’m not stressed at all. It’s very nerve-wracking because you want it to be perfect but then you realise that you’re going to be with the person you love forever and nothing else really matters.”

On The Hurtful Backlash To Their Royal Hats

Eugenie: “There was a horrible article that had been written about Beatrice, and she got really upset. We were just about to step out, and she had a bit of a wobble and cried. I was looking after her. And then about an hour later, I had a wobble and started crying and Bea was there for me.”

That’s awful! Hopefully they can look back and laugh…

On What Princess Sisters Fight About

Beatrice: “One of the biggest fights we ever had was about a pair of Converse trainers. We have the same size feet and both of us had identical pairs. One pair got trashed and the other sister may have swapped them.”

See? That literally could happen to ANY sisters. Or even any friends. In fact, we think we saw that on an episode of Friends! LOLz!
You can see the whole interview when September’s issue hits the net and newsstands Friday.
