Paparazzi caught up with Ray J in West Hollywood yesterday, where he enjoyed a shot or two (or seven) at Le Petit Four Restaurant. He then proceeded to his car and by the look of him, he really shouldn’t have been driving.

Did he learn nothing from his sister, Brandy? Look at her career after her driving incident. She killed someone!
